Topic: I wanto rack my FireFace400, suggestions?

I would like to find a way to have my fireface inb a 19'' rack. Has anybody gotten a hold a a rack shelp that has the appropriate holes for the screws and such? Also if somebody has ordered one of the in EU are let ma know.

hi there,

just a tiny piece of advice: a metal half-rack to 19" rack adapter plate + 4 f###ing screws cost about 60/70 ?!!! ...so why don't you just go for a customized one?
A stiff, light MDF piece of wood (properly shaped) or a cut-to-measure plate of aluminum, 4 common screws and a drill are all that you need.
You can also use a couple of pieces of hard-rubber as densities between the FF400 unit and the other gear to absorb vibrations.

That?ll work for just about anything, I?ve fixed my Digiface with that one. Any good musicstore should be able to get it for you for around 20 euro.

It's what's holding my FF400 in the rack right now - been available for a couple of years.  And looks really good!

Also mounts ADI-2 and Multiface. The only disappointment is that it does not accommodate my similar-looking QuadMic

But I'd like to mount it in a rack cradle next to a FMR RNC.I just don't know which kind of screws I need to mount it.
