Topic: Odd problem with ff 400 - Help.

Well, it is not exactly a problem of my fireface but it's affecting it.

When i open some specific lights in my home suddenly the sound stops and the fireface goes to HOST mode and then automatically returns to the user mode and the sound is back on.

This is very, very odd! and of course it is really annoying. Maybe this problem can harm my interface !?!?

Obviously i don't know why this is happening so any help on how to resolve this issue would be highly appreciated!

Problem solved

it was this shitty Lace cable!

I just a bought a sonnet adapter for the including cable and everything's fine.

Thanks for letting us know. Unfortunately, bad FW cables cause a lot of problems for Fireface units.

Hi I just read this, can you advice what are the Good FW cables to get?

No way to see this from outside. You have to test them...

So, can you recommend Alva FW cables? I thought that they are your partners, so their cables should work perfectly with your products!
