Topic: FF400 .. Can't turn FF400 on when starting up window7..pls help!

When window starting up ,my computer 'll automatic reboot itself again and again unless FF400 turn off.
Then,I solve it my self by turn FF400 off when window staring up and turn it on after that.[ when I can go to desktop screen ]
But first time I bought it [5-6 month ago],this behavior doesn't appear. It was just appeared for a month.
If anyone can solve this case please tell me ,I just want to know the cause of this problem.
Because I have my own way to solve this problem but if it can be solved permanently, it'll be great!

I use win7 64bit professional sp1
Intel core2duo 3.00 ghz
DDR2 8 gb

Now,I can turn my FF400 on when window starting up.It's fine now!:-)

But I 've some Q about "Legacy" Firewire driver.
Does it effect with OS or FF400 's performance.[speed,stable or anything]
