Topic: Sync Questions

I run a MindPrint AN/DI Pro as MIC/Line preamp and DA converter. It's connected by SPDIF to a HDSP. The AN/DI is sync master.

Now I want to use a second HDSP on another laptop connected via ADAT and SPDIF to the first HDSP and I want to use the first HDSP as sync master, the AN/DI syncing extern.

Do I understand it right, that I can connect the first HDSP with the second via wordclock BNC, and connect the second HDSP to the AN/DI which features a wordlock input?

This way I can have the AN/DI or any of the HDSPs as sync master?

Do I need a "terminator"? Where?

Or is it enough to connect AN/DI pro SPDIF out -> HDSP1 SPDIF in ; HDSP1 SPDIF/ADAT1-3 out -> HDSP2 SPDIF/ADAT1-3 in ; HDSP2 wordclock out -> AN/DI Pro wordclock in?
