Topic: Knob not changing levels?

Hey,

I just got the FF400 and the knob behavour seems weird. It doesn't seem to do anything when i have it on L1. When i change the levels in the mixer software or the Apple menu it changes the numbers on the display but it doesn't work in the other direction. It did work briefly for one day. I'm not sure what i did to make it work.

Is there something obvious i'm not doing?

Interesting, I am also having similar physical knob problems on my brand new Fireface UFX. Is it possible the RME physical knobs have dodgy contacts or something?

Ya,
thanks. I tried loading a few presets with TotalMix and it didn't seem to do anything BUT i "stored" the FireFace 400 settings again and then read them and it seems to have fixed things up.
