Topic: Can Intel Mac read TotalMix presets made with Power PC mac?

Hello all,

I have a G5 with OS 10.5.8 (the latest OS it can run) and a MacBook Pro with Lion and the latest Snow Leopard on different partitions.  I have not been able to get TotalMix on the MacBook Pro to read TotalMix presets made on the G5.  I have tried in both Lion and Snow Leopard. The name of the preset shows up in the title bar of the TotalMix window, but none of the custom settings are there.  My hardware is a Fireface 800, and I have the latest drivers on both systems, and the firmware has been updated to the latest.

Does anyone know if this is just not possible?

Thanks

Dave

I think I may have been unclear in my post, I am using the Fireface Mixer and saving Fireface mixer presets, I got that confused with TotalMix.

It's just not possible, due to the different architecture.
