Topic: Fireface UFX and Flight case

Hi,

I'm almost decided to buy the new RME Fireface UFX and I'm looking for a small and light flight case for it.

I was wondering if the FF UFX will fit in the SKB 4U Shallow "X" Rack or it will be too small and I won't be able to plug anything at the back of the unit ?
And what is the depth of this unit from the rack ear to back of the UFX with and without the wordclock plug (I'm not sure of what does include the depth length in the specs) ?

Does this unit get hot and needs extra free space above or below it or can I glu it to other gear in the rack ?

What flight case are you using with this unit ?

Am using this exact case for a UFX, which is 8in deep, with enough room in back for wiring and a power strip on the back rails.  UFX runs warm if crowded, causing preamp noise to increase 1~1.5dB.
