What media players are people using on windows xp and 7 that work with RME baby face and fireface. Babyface at home on xp and fireface at work on win 7. VLC does not work on either. On one it stops, starts, clicks, jumps sections and detunes and on the other I can not get sound at all I dont like using cubase or wavelab just to check out one song as they take to long to open media player or itunes are the same. I use cubase 6 generally for recording wavelab 7 for editing but just to play a finished track or if a customer brings in a couple of tracks to listen to there must be a better option especially to play movies and have the sound work. The old tascam US122 I upgraded from at home worked fine but i have always had this problem at work.
