Topic: Compliment to RME!

I bought my Multiface + PCI card july 2001 (best equipment investment I've made so far). This month I downloaded the latest driver update for my Multiface I, released august 2011.
Over 10 years support and development on single product is worth mentioning.

I'm completely with you on this, niles! The support has made the original steep initial investment absolutely worth it.

But I didn't want to "poke the bear", just in case they didn't realize it... ;-)

Hahaha, good point.

But I think it is safe to say they are aware of the long term support & service.
After all, a happy customer is most likely a returning customer wink

I also bought my first multiface (I now have two!) in 2001. Still solid, still being updated, from Win2K to Win7!

Fully agree with you, RME rocks!!!

1 Multiface here working like a charm for 2 year, she wasn't new when I bought her, who knows for how long was she working after I bought her, maybe years but it doesn't matter. I just wanna say great support and help here on forum whenever I need it.
