Topic: Connecting Fireface 400 to Fireface UFX

Hi guys,

Is it possible to connect these two without using ADATs?
I have bought today Fireface UFX and already proud owner of Fireface 400 so instead of selling it I was thinking to expand my outputs.
I need both ADATs on UFX for 2 AD/DA converters.

So any chance to pair those two cards so I can use both in Cubase 6

The basic information is also valid for the connection of a UFX and a Fireface 400 via FireWire to a single computer.

Keep in mind that there is no official guarantee from RME for a trouble free operation of such a combination.
