Topic: Fireface UC knob not working properly

HI, I am having this problem constantly: when using the knob on the card to control the volume it makes big jumps to 0 or max volume, what could be causing this ?

Having similar issues, though with lesser range jumps (for example from -40 to -20 and so on, using latest stable firmware and TotalMix).

I have this as well! Extremely inconvenient. I hope it is a software problem....
For me it happens if I turn a little bit too fast.
It is as if the volume control is written in SW to respond to the speed of turning, except if turning too fast it goes all the way to max...

Matthias, is this a known problem?

I just saw another post for my problem with PH settings. I selected PH, then pressed (while holding down) until the message "on" appeared. It solved everything. Thanks to Jeff, the moderator from Synthax.
