Topic: How to update my UFX firmware?

Are there any step by step tutorials on how to update my UFX firmware? Or is there anyone kind enough to teach me? : ) I read the manual but it only has a guide for Window users -_- ... I'm a Mac user..

Do I need a USB or something?..
