Topic: RME HDSP MADI and PT9

We have a Mac Pro with two RME HDSP MADI cards. The cards work fine in Reaper but aren't visible in PT9. What do we need to do to get this to work?

System Info:
Mac OS X 10.6.8
Pro Tools 9.0.5
RME HDSP driver 2.77

PT9 will only see 32 channels, so you can only use the first half of one MADI card.

32 ch would be fine for us in PT, but they aren't visible at all for PT. Not even the first 32 channels of the first card.

Did you add your HDSPe MADI to "Pro Tools Aggregate I/O" in Audio/MIDI Setup?

Yes. The card is available in Setup/Playback Engine but not visible anywhere else in PT.
