Have had it for a couple of months too - and I must say it's performing really poorly. I have my old set up working again, because the babyface just outputs glitchyness.

It started out pretty good tho. Hope this gets resolved.

Please mind that the lack of performance that leads to clicks etc. is one of the computer - not of the audio interface. These links might help:

So give us some information and We'll see what we can do to fix things. As Daniel said above it sounds like your issues are computer/settings based not Babyface based.
Firmware/driver version
Motherboard, CPU, OS version, buffer settings and CPU load.
Exactly what it is/is not doing.
DPC latency checker results.

With these things we can point you in the right direction to making music!
