Hey, I'm the first to complain when a piece of gear lets me down. So I think I should also be quick to praise a piece of gear that exceeds my very high standards. The Fireface UFX is truly amazing. I was debating between buying the UFX and a piece of gear by Metric Halo.... almost went with the 2882 by MH because it had more pre-amps, but I am SO glad that I went with the UFX. Total mix is amazing. The USB2 is super low latency. The ability to multi track record directly from the unit. The onboard DSP effects are stunning. It's stand alone capabilities are impressive and act as a great backup for your live DAW. You RME guys hit a HOME RUN! Congrats and thank you for making what is truly the most amazing piece of gear we use on tour.
