Topic: UFX power off sound

I've noticed that with the latest driver snapping sound appears in the AES/EBU output when powering the device off.
Has it always been there and I've only recently noticed it?

Yes. This has nothing to do with the UFX. It highly depends on the connected device (its error / unlock detection) if you hear a noise or not.
