Topic: Total mix ungrouping stereo analog outs?

I'm wondering if there is a way i can ungroup the outputs 1&2, 3&4, 5&6, 7&8 as stereo pairs when it comes to making monitor mixes in total mix.

so 1 can have its own mix instead of 1&2.

I emailed RME and they told me to read the manual, but its not making sense to me. Can I ungroup these? or am i only able to make mixes in stereo?

It would be nice to have 8 mono headphone mixes, rather than 4 stereo

What unit are you using?  The UFX version of Total Mix allows you to use mono outputs, but I am not sure about other RME units.  If you are able to do this, the place to look (other than the manual!) is in the settings panel of the output channel.  Unclick the "stereo" button at the top and you now have two mono channels.
