Topic: 2 external synths and midi issues with FF400

Hi,

I have hooked up 2 external synths with FF400 MIDI I/O ports. I can get one of of synths work fine midi-wise inside cubase, but selecting the second synth in cubase, I get the first synth sounding at the same time, eventhough I assigned the ports right.

Any clues?

Check the MIDI output lights, make sure they are separated when communicating notes.  If they are both lighting up, your software is sending to both outputs.
