Topic: FFUC Encoder feels loose.

Hi RME,
The Encoder on my FFUC has alot of play/wiggle room from side to side and and when i push the wobble i get does not feel very stable.   Is this normal behavior? I slid the grey knob off and observed that it is the shaft that has the play,  the metal housing encasing it is stable.  Is there maybe a bushing or shim that holds the black shaft that is bad on my unit?

No love eh:(  I guess ill call the boys at sweetwater to ease my mind.  maybe its just the way the units are built,  Loose, just like my ex GF (and i put up with her for years!!)
