Topic: FF800, channels 7 and 8: noise, pops, sizzle (with condenser mics)

Hi there,

i have had a FF800 for two years, working perfectly. I fired it up today and found this:

-noise, pops, crackle, red lights blinking in channels 7 and 8.
-no problem in the same channels with dynamic mics or line input. Clean.
-no problem in the rest of channels.

I noticed that this happened to somebody before:

So i am afraid the phantom power supply is broken. My question is: how to repair that? Do you guys have an official service in Spain? is it better to send it to Germany?

Thanks,

Not the power supply, it would seem that the preamp chips are damaged.
