Topic: FF400 Driver 3.01 Incorrent Port System Names Listed in Cubase

I have a new install of OS X 10.6.8 on my Macbook and am running Cubase 5.5.3.  I installed the 3.01 Fireface 400 driver and then opened Cubase to set my VST connections.  Where Cubase lists the name for each I/O I found several problems.  Analog In 1 is listed as "Analog In 1-8 - 1".  Each subsequent analog input is listed as "SPDIF - 2" through "SPDIF - 9" until the ADAT channels are reached.

I then installed driver 2.75 and found that the system names for each input and output were listed correctly.  Analog inputs 1-8 were listed as "Analog In 1" through "Analog In 8", then "SPDIF In L" and "SPDIF In R", and then the ADAT channels.  I checked the actual routing using the 3.01 driver and everything was fine, but the incorrectly labeled ports made it a bit confusing to set up my connections.

Would the fix for this be something I would need to do within my own system, or would I have to wait for the next update?  Thanks for any thoughts or comments.

Sorry for the inconvenience. This has been an oversight on our side while changing the internal structure for optimized Lion performance. A new driver that has the correct channel names again will be available today or tomorrow.
