Hi all

after a quick scan of the forum i couldn't see a post addressing my problem. so here it goes.

Set up my baby face with ease, running via VST on cubase 5. has worked fine for a few days but now shows up within the device manager "unknown usb device".

i have since tried the babyface on 2 different pc setups, using 2 different usb cables, unfortunately all with the same result.

i was hoping that the answer would be something simple, and not include me sending the unit back and waiting for a replacement.

has anyone else had to tackle this problem?
