Topic: headphone out on uc

hi there,

i'm new to rme and this totalmix is a little over my head. the hardware control to adjust volume is actually a balance control, i'm guessing this is not a fault but a setting which i can adjust via totalmix, i just cant find how, any help is appreciated

Push the knob in for a second or so and "on" will flash on the LCD to indicate that stereo link is enabled. Otherwise each channel (L/R) is controlled individually.

If you prefer to keep channel controls in mono, you can gang the phones L/R outputs in TotalMix, by clicking the identifier tags at the bottom of the channels - ganged channels have a yellow tag.

i figured it out last night, just looking in the wrong place (software instead of hardware), just the usual getting to know your gear.
yes... it really does pay to read the manual :-)
