Topic: PROBLEM with FIREFACE UC (All lights switched on)

Hi,
I've just bought a new fire face uc for my iMac but when i've tried to switch the unit it didn't let me to change between MAC or PC. All lights is on!

What's wrong with this?

Every single light? All lights?

You have to change between mac and pc almost instantly after you turn it on. I read that somewhere. It's a bit difficult.

You have disconnected the UC before you double click the encoder?

Hi,

I am having exactly the same problem! Brand new UC, turning it on brings all kind of results: all lights on the first time and afterwards turning on/off lets only a few LEDs/lights on. Trying to start into "safty BIOS" does not work either. Mac does not see the UC on any USB-port.

What does "You have disconnected the UC before you double click the encoder?" mean? Is there a full reset?
