Topic: Babyface: digital out/hardware/digital in

Hi, noob question, so thanks for any help!

Im going digital out (babyface ADAT out) into a TCE Finalizer for processing (Finaliser is slave). I can see the Finalizer receiving the signal - great! The Finaliser outputs ADAT from its optical out which goes into the babyface optical In.

I set Logic to record on input ADAT 5/6. But I dont see a signal in Logic. I dont see an input signal in Total mix from the finaliser.

Is what I am doing do-able using babyface?

If, yes, am I doing anything wrong, maybe in Totalmix?

If you don't see the signal on the top row of TMFX, then there is no audio coming into the Babyface. Check your settings on the TC unit and check the ADAT cable.
