Topic: FF 800 + Lion question

Hi there :

I own a RME FF800, very happy with it.

I have 2 set up :

-studio place with Macpro in OSX Tiger / Live / Protools 7.4. / RME FF 800 + digi 002 ( FF master / Digi  slave)

- Concert set, with a brand new Macbook pro laptop in OSX Lion  + Live. ( no pro tools)

my question :


I think I must up grade the RME   with last driver and firmware to run with Lion, BUT shall it work again with my studio set up in Tiger ? If not, I must up grade my OSX to Snow léopard, then  buy a newer Protools etc .... 

Please let me know if I wrigth or wrong ,

The PPC driver 2.62a works fine with the current 1.70 firmware here on a G4 400 (10.4.11)

Yes, I m on Tiger (10.4.11 ), but with Intel Mac.

wich driver / or / and /  Firmeware should I use for both    MacI7 Lion /   MAc intel core2duo Tiger  machines ?
