Topic: Fireface UFX with two Octamic II

Hi,
is it a good combination to use the Fireface UFX together with two Octamic II? I'm planning to use it mostly as a mobile recording setup, using the direct to USB functionality.

Also, is it possible to sync all the converters with the UFX as master, and if so what's the best way to do it?

I would say that sounds like a great combo. And yes, it is possible to sync all the converters with the UFX as master. It is a simple click in the settings dialog.

How would one properly distribute clocking in this setup if the AES/EBU is already used for another device?
