Topic: volume is redlining on mixer

No matter how low I bring the volume sliders down, it keeps redlining on my "out" channels 5 and 6.  Is this normal and how can I fix this?  Thanks

Please be more specific... What kind of material are you playing back and are you referring to the middle or bottom row of the mixer.  And which RME device is this?
