Topic: I got no sound at all....

Hi,

I have th ff400, I get no sound at all, the media player does not even run through the file, it's on play mode but no move at all and no sound.

I use TI Fireware card on win 7 32 bit.

can someone help ?

Hi,
it would be nice if you give a little bit more details about your config.
It smells a problem with the driver.
Is everything ok in device manager ? Hardware properly installed, drivers up to date...?

Thanks for the answer,

Everything seems ok in the device manager and the driver seems to be installed ok and i use the last driver from the RME site.

I think it's a driver issue too, but I can't find it.

The RME mixer got no leds when i playback sounds.

please give us more info. is the host-led glowing? is ff400 selected in Audio&Sounds-settings? what's about other applications?

try to select ff400 directly in the application!

The host led is off. yes the ff is selected in the audio&sounds settings.

it's not working even ehw I select it on cubase or in Media player....

I took the card to the lab and it's working perfect there.

any help ?
