Topic: Failed firmware update on UC

Hi,

I tried to update the firmware on me UC from build 111 to 115. The process stopped when Blank Chekking stating that it failes. I have tried on two different computers with the same result. The UC isn't stating up now, no lights in any LED's, but I can start the unit up ny pressing the button while putting power on. The Fireface setting tells me that the current firmware is build 86, which I presume is the oldest one.

The UC worked with build 111.

I have worked with multiple FF400 and FF800 and updated their firmware multiple times without any problems. Can anyone help me with this one?

I don't understand the problem. You can flash from version 86 again?

Sorry, for forgetting the problem :-)

I can't flash the UC with any of the firmware versions I can find. By booting the UC normally, alle the LEDs are out (looks dead). By booting the UC with the button pressed, it says build 86 and the flashing keeps failing blank check.

If this is the same on different computers then the flash in the unit (UC hardware) is not working as expected. That means repair is in order...
