Topic: Babyface in silence for 1milisecond

Hi. My babyface works fine basically on my MacBook.
But sometimes sound stops for a few milliseconds and play again.
It doesn't relate to CPU workload because it happen even I just play itune.
OS:10.6.8.      Firmware and driver:Latest

I can't use it for Gig...
Is there any way to solve it?
Please help.

It is probably another driver or software interfering, perhaps at the usb level.
I would start testing by disabling background processes and unplugging your other devices.

Also try disabling WiFi/Airport.

Thank you. I am not using wifi and removed suspicious software and drivers.
But still having the same problem.
Do you think old audio interface driver can be the reason or just a software?
Actually NI's audio 2 driver is in my MacBook.
Could also the power supply be the reason?
