How do i connect my RME Quadmic preamp to my RME Fireface 400?

With simple TRS line cables, from output to input.

Yes. Connect the mic to mic in on the QuadMic, the line out of the QuadMic to line in on the FF400.

So you connect the Microphone to the first mic in on Quadmic, and then line out 1 to the line in on FF400. He does matter which line in you connect on the FF400?

And if you want to connect the compressor, how i do all the connection?

No, you can choose...

And if you want to connect the compressor, how i do all the connection?

Between the Quad and the FF... With line cables again.

You might want to consider some book reading on basic audio and studio technology. That will help you more than a forum can.
