Hi,

since I purchased my FF800 and Mac Book Pro with Lion (mid 2011), I always have the same problem when I do playback with any audio applications (Pro Tools, iTunes...).  Continuous and regular audio dropouts.

Sample rate is matched between applications.
I upgraded all drivers and firmwares.
Audio transport is accomplished by a Firewire 800 2 mt  belkin cable.

FF800 works fine with other Mac Book Pro with Leopard; so,could it be OS problem?

I also read posts about new revisions of firewire connection (Agere vs TI);
