Topic: loosened screws?!

I hate ask a stupid question but I really need to know... Has anyone ever had any of the screws holding the Fireface 800 together, get loose magically by themselves?

I'm not sure. some at least. I sent it off and the guy who received it said some of the screws are loose. I'm stupified. Can this happen?
