Topic: I want to use a sound card with my RME 9652 to play back You Tube etc

I recently installed an RME 9652 CARD into my PC to get 8 ADAT channels from my 01 v96 vcm into cubase.

This card plays back the fine, but now have no general audio play back for say You Tube.

I tried using my M Audo 2496 for general sound but it would not work.

What card would you suggest for general sound.

Hi Roland,
I assume this is the DIGI 9652 PI card?
For general system sounds I would just use your on board audio.
Most all motherboard come with built in audio.
They typically include  at least one  1/8" analog stereo output.
This should work fine with any web audio playback.
You can run the analog out of the on board audio into the Yamaha and listen to everything though the Mixer.
