Topic: FF400 installation problem

Hi, i bought one rme 400 and i try it on macs, windows, a lot of computers and the interface starts, i can change gain of each channel etc, but is not recognize in any computer, i install drivers manually like you and all like you, and i am in the same conditions, please i need help.

edit: i install drivers manually in another device, i confuse this not recognice device with the rme 400, the rme 400 didnt apper in anywhere...

Please i need help, i try a different cable, lots of computer and nothing, the red light of host dosnt turn off, please help...

Your description is not very clear and detailed.

Is this a new device? If yes, please contact the retailer and ask them to test it

Is not new, the thing its that windows dont recognice the interface, i try everything, and the red light of "host" didnt turn off...
