I'm experiencing a strange troubleshooting with Fireface 800 (up to date drivers v. 3.06), Mac OS 10.6.8, and latest versions of Logic Pro (9.1.6) and Protools 10. Running on a MacPro early 2008.

When using fireface  front Input 1 (with a direct guitar) in Protools it works absolutly fine, monitoring or recording. I quit Protools, launch Logic, and the Input 1 is quiet under Logic. (I'm not a newbie : the input is correctly set to Fireface within the audio panel of Logic - anyway, other entries work fine). Further more, when I open the input1 in the fireface mixer, I got a strong numeric feedback  :-o
I switch to front input 7 and it works fine... but I'd like to use the fireface drive/speaker emulation under Logic !

Do you know that issue ? Am I missing something ?
