Hi, I am planning on buying Beyerdynamic DT880 250 Ohm headphone for monitoring/referencing through Babyface's headphone output. Many suggests me that I need to buy a headphone amp to drive DT880 but I wonder if this case applies to Babyface also.
Is the headphone amp really necessary?
