Hello ..... is Emiliano and I have a serious problem ...... I have sent in warranty repair my UFX card and once got over 40 days after the problem has returned! ..... channels mic does not start at startup and you must turn 50 times before you start them! ...... I am annoyed by the fact that they have not thought to try and solve the sound card!
So, you got the UFX back in working condition and then after 40 days the problem reocurred?
Or did it take RME 40 days to repair it but without really fixing the problem?

please be more specific about the problem. What exactly "does not start", and whyt do you need to turn? Please also mail me the unit's serial number.

two months ago had been repaired but five days later it broke again!
mic channels do not work in the front, and make a loud noise that broke my Genelec!

purchased by MIDIWARE............................when the sound card is turned on, Front mic channels do not work.......when it gets hot,mic channels will function...........but they make lots of noise!!
I have to stay for another month without my sound card?
