Topic: Software/ DSP routing between Totalmix of two installed cards?

Hi ...

I just added a Digiface to my Multiface II setup. I didn't realize that the Totalmix mixer of the two installations was not integrated.

Of course, I can monitor my Digiface channels through my DAW, but I frequently like to monitor directly through the analog output on the Multiface into Mackie Big Knob > Monitors.

Is there a way to send output from one Totalmix mixer to the other, either through the Totalmix software or? Or a Windows app that will integrate them for monitoring the digital input?

I imagine I could route ADAT through the interface, but I don't want to give up 16 channels of ADAT (8 from each) to do that.

Thank you.

You can use SPDIF to send a submix from the Digiface out to the Multiface in. Otherwise, there is no way to integrate them. The mixer is on the unit, not the computer.

Thanks, Jeff ...

I think I had a brain freeze ... forgot about the S/DIF out on the DIGI.
