Topic: Loose power jack on UCX

Got the box a couple weeks ago.  Loving it, but just noticed that the jack is very loose.  Doesn't pop or anything when it jiggles,
but curious if this is anyone else's was out of the box or if it's a flaw.

It is normal. I would prefer to call it "flexible" rather than "loose".
