hardware:
Macbook pro 2011 i7
UCX connected by USB
Latest Driver and Firmware
44,100 and wor clock in sync
Yamaha 01V96 v2
software:
Qlab
The audio is sent to Yamaha 01V96 by ADAT output.
The audio is broken and cut.
Help please

Are you using the latest driver? Is the audio ok on the headphones output?

I'm testing;
I make a bridge between the output and input ADAT ports ucx .Automatic adat sync to 32Hz.
If I choose to 44,100 Hz internal, it works fine.

I tested with Firewire and audio connection has been cut repeatedly.
I can not work.
Support person can help me please?
If ucx change a new one, I have the same problems?
It seems to be a problem of unstable drivers
I've tried new cables.
The output of my ucx adat does not work correctly
I live work and I'm desperate

Does the Word Clock connection come from the Yamaha? Is the desk set to internal clock? Does it work with the UCX as master and the desk syncing to ADAT?

Does it work with the UCX as master and the desk syncing to ADAT? Yes ir works, but only connected with USB. The audio has microcuts when is connected with firewire.I need the master is Yamaha
The failures only happens sometimes. Sometimes after hours¡¡
My system is not stable UCX adat connected.The same system with UC is stable for years ¡¡
My question is: My UCX is broken? please, I can answer this question.Under warranty ¡¡
