The ARC provides greater convenience and improved productivity that you can customize to your personal way of working. I personally can't imagine working any other way. It provides the same functionality you get from an analog monitor controller with digital gain control as a starting point. A great alternative to adjusting setting on your UFX with a keyboard and mouse.
