Topic: the lifespan

[left]I use my computer to surf the net a lot , Facebook , YouTube and I spend many hours a day on that

At this time I do not use my ( RME Hdsp 9632 ) But I think its drive works in the background ,  is not it ?

The Question :

when I use my pc . Does that affect the lifespan of the ( RME HDSP 9632 ), even I am  not useing it for recording , editing ... etc ????[/left]

I like to ramble (more than two letters worth :-P ).

My Desktop PC is powered-on 24/7/365, and my ancient PCI HDSP card for my Multiface (purchased USED to begin with) has been running practically non-stop for over 5 years now (minus the PC upgrade here and there, etc).  RME's hardware rocks - bar none!  You will be fine :-)
