Topic: Problem with the Fireface UC knob and Total Mix

Hi,

I have a very annoying issue with the knob of my UC.

First, when I turn the knob, the volume changes but only within the values -12 to 06.

And second, it also makes the pan change.

It used to work just fine until today.

Thanks in advance for your answers, I installed the latest drivers and also flashed the hardware, but nothing seems to resolve this issue.

Hi Damien,

You unlinked the stereo link on the knob. Hold the button down for 2 seconds until the screen flashes "on".
