Topic: Date of manufacture check for a FF800?

I just bought a used FF800 and the seller claimed that it was one of the newer manufactured models. Can you check this serial number #23023003. Also is there a difference between newer manufactured models? The one he sold me came in a white/blue packaging box where as other ones I have seen come in more of a black box. Thanks.

The 230xxx indicates it is indeed a fairly new unit. If you want the exact date, you'll need to wait till Monday...

Are there any differences, improvements or enhancements in some of the newer manufactured FF800's? Is it possible to get an exact date or year on manufacture from the previously given serial number? Thanks

What happened is called Easter... Even tech suport (and our factory) sometimes take time off... Will check now, but won't get an answer before tomorrow...
