Topic: Fireface UC Logic Problem Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Hi!

I' ve just received my Fireface UC. With a double click on the encoder button I've set it on AP and I installed the latest driver version from the RME website.
When I start Logic PRO 8 (original Version) or Garage Band - the program says, there is a conflict between Logic/Garage Band and at least one midi- or audio driver of a third party provider, and I should install the latest drivers.
I already set the fireface in the Audio midi Setup and also in the audio settings of Logic and mac sound settings.
Now Logic also does not start properly. It stops while Logic is "checking/testing for midi drivers".

What can I do now??

Firmwareversion des UC checken, und diesen Treiber installieren:

... now it's getting worse: Logic and GarageBand don't react anymore... both programs stop while loading...

Tomorrow I will call the RME Hotline, but I thought, maybe anybody here has an idea...

Help - I need someboooody!
