Topic: ADAT or AES card for mixing in digital console?

Hi,
As i mentioned in my first thread looking for a recomendation about ADAT card for my Ramsa wr-da7, DIGI9652 should work fine HDSP9652 better yet
But if i want just an audio card to connect it to my ramsa for mixing, ADAT or AES should be the same in quality sound? or is it better to mixing with AES cards for computer and Ramsa console?

ADAT or AES should be the same in quality sound?

Yes. Both are digital formats.
