Hey guys
I am using Pro Tools 10 and RME Raydat card with 32 channels of audio in a live mixing environment. I'm getting some light clicks and pops throughout the system...
In the HDSPe settings should the ADAT status be flipping back and forth "lock" / "sync"??
Nothing changes when I try changing from master to auto sync in clock mode.
Any thoughts?

Using 4 ART Tube Opto 8's and they show locked as slaves
The lock/sync flipping indicates a clock problem. Should be solid "Sync". What are the clock settings on the ARTs?
thx...the ART units were set to slave at 48K...also have a behringer ddx3216 slaved at 48k...all were "synced"
we did just try to set everything to 44.1...the adats stay "locked" but the clock mode is at master and set to 48K??
if we put master at 44.1 the adats go back to flashing mode?
sync in is locked at 48k as well...but the adats show 44.1 and are locked? thoughts?

Please try to explain the setup. RME card clock is on Internal or Autosync? ART units connected bi-directional to the card (ADAT in and ADAT out)? You can post a screen shot on an image hosting site such as Photobucket and post the link here.
