Topic: Digiface+PCI Card and New PC Configuration

Hello,

I read a lot about some compatibility issues between hardware and some RME chipset motherboards, but I always ask myself some questions.
I have a DIGIFACE with a PCI cards (not PCIe) that worked fine on an older computer that just die. I would mount them on a new configuration, and after consulting the forum I would like to buy an ASUS MOBO P8Z68-GEN3-VPro + intel I7 SandyBridge 2600K.

Is it work fine or will I have to buy a PCIe card for my Digiface?
With the same configuration (MOBO-ASUS P8Z68 GEN3 and VPro processor I7 SandyBridge 2600K), do the RayDat (alone) works fine?
Does a RayDat in PCIe Slot + a DIGIFACE in PCI slot can be combined and run correctly with this kind of material?

Thanks a lot for your help.
